FAQ's

My computer is rejecting my Username/Password, Why?

There are several reasons why this might occur.

* Always make sure that you are entering your Username/Password in all lowercase letters. There should never be spaces or any punctuation marks in your username or password. Your Username is your Email address without the @colla.com.
* If you are still not able to sign on try removing both your username and your password out of the connection box. Backspace the cursor 5 times then hit delete 5 times in each space of the connection box (this will ensure you have gotten any hidden spaces out of these areas). Re-enter your username and password, again making sure you have not added spaces or capital letters.
* There may be an administrative problem, (e.g., violation of COLLA policy, etc.) please contact us for more information on this matter.

When I am online I can not go anywhere:

Depending on the situation there may be a few things that you can do to fix this problem.

* If you do not have a Network Neighborhood icon on your desktop this could be the problem.
To fix this...
Go To Start, Settings, Control Panel.
In the Control panel look for the Icon called Network, open it by double clicking.
Inside this window you have 3 tabs (Configuration, Identification and Access Control)
Click the Configuration tab
You should see Client For Microsoft Networks, Dial-up Adapter and TCP/IP.
If not:
Click on (Add)
Click on (Client)
Click on (Add)
Click on (Microsoft)
Click on (Client For Microsoft Networks)
Click OK
Click OK again to close the box
Your computer will then ask you to restart, click on yes.
(Your computer may ask for your windows disk. If so, insert the disk into your CD-Rom drive and follow the instructions from that point)
* When your computer restarts, you should be able to sign on and browse the Internet normally. If not, please call tech support for further assistance. (340-0440)

When I send email it keeps coming back as undeliverable, Why?

* The email address you are sending to may be invalid
Verify that the address is entered correctly
* There could be a problem with the recipients server or the server could be down. Try again at a later time.
